Yesterday, the ?uestlove Air Force One's dropped at one of my favorite spots around the way, Ubiq. They were designed by ?uestlove himself and he actually came to the store to sell some pairs, sign autographs, and dj a little. The shoes dropped tuesday but people were camped out from Saturday. I went by the store on Monday to talk to a friend of mine who works there and he told me that ?uest came by on Sunday night just to say what's up, and was so surprised to see people already camped out that he went and bought everyone in line hoagies. This young soldier is Eddie and he was the first in line. That's right. Number One. He got in line at 5pm on SATURDAY. This dude has a cast on his foot from just getting surgery on three of his toes, and he brought his pops along too. They were number 1 and 2 in the line. Dedication like s**t.
